All products available on MahdadOffers are digital downloads delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

We may issue a refund in the following situations:

You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
You were charged multiple times for the same order.
The digital file is corrupted or cannot be accessed, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
You did not receive your download after purchase and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

Refunds will not be provided for:
